

Randy was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving in the Marines beginning at the age of 17. He received 2 Purple Hearts during his time, and fought in the battle of Khe Sanh. Since the 1980s, he worked at several nuclear power plants as an electrical designer.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. Clark and Mary M. Streit; step-mother, Joanne Clark; brothers: Ted Clark, Bobby Clark, and Bill Streit; step-brother, Kenny Stein; daughter, Sonya Garcia; and step-daughter, Stephanie Collins.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 30 years, Gail Clark; sons: Kenneth Clark (Monica), Randall Clark, and Ernie Collins (Mandy); 9 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, June Tharp; step-siblings: Gary Stein, Mike Stein, Ron Stein, and Debbie Stein; his many friends at Susan's Happy Hour Bar; as well as his many other friends.
Family and friends will meet at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway Thursday, April 7, 2022 for a 2:00 inurnment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors in Randy's honor.
