BELL, RAY DANIEL – age 80, member of Norwood Baptist Church. Past owner of Ray D. Bell Construction Co. Preceded in death by father John Wesley Bell, Sr.; mother Thelma Gwinn Bell; brothers James and J.W. Jr.; and sister Gladys. Survived by wife of 61 years Barbara Jane; son Larry (Dana); daughter Karen Gross (Tony); granddaughter Jennifer White (Benji); grandsons Jason Bell (Sara) and Scott Gross; 6 great grandchildren; brothers Leonard and Lloyd Bell; sisters Louise Owens, Ethel Ford, Juanita Eubanks, and Margaret Reed. Family will receive friends at Weavers Tuesday, 5:00 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. chapel service to follow at 7:30 P.M. with Rev. Fred Wade and Rev. Jack Cooper officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, 10:45 A.M. at Highland Memorial Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. interment.
