

Becky was born July 20, 1949, to Isaac and Lillie Rhodes in Knoxville, TN, and attended East High School. She was the youngest of three siblings. Becky retired from Levi Strauss & Co in Powell with 38 years of service. She was also a faithful member of Bookwalter United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Henry Newberry; parents, Isaac and Lillie Rhodes; sister, Jane Jolliffe and nephew, Gene Akers. She is survived by sons, Timothy (Gary) Webber and James (Crystal) Webber; daughter, Patricia (Allen) Cooper; brother, Ike (Sondra) Rhodes; grandchildren, Rachael (Sarah), Kaitlyn (Logan), Dessie, Elijah, Courtney, and Becca; great grandchildren, Clayton, David, Noah and Hayden along with many nieces and nephews; devoted friend and sister-in-law, Mary Helen Meadows.
All that knew Becky remember her outgoing, fun, and loud life. She will always be remembered as a dear loving mother and friend.
Receiving of family and friends will be on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 4-6 PM at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919, funeral services to follow with Rev. James Webber and Rev. Steve Doyal officiating. Graveside services will be at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery, Monday, September 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM with pallbearers, Elijah Webber, Dave Akers, Gary Kinder, Logan Harrington, Jimmy Meadows and Turner Jones.
