Rebecca Diane Shuler

Rebecca D. Shuler, age 60, of Seymour, went to be with the Lord, on April 9, 2017. She was a member of South Knoxville Church of God. Preceded in death by mother, Edna Lethco; father, Walter Gilbert and brother, Walter Gilbert, Jr. Rebecca is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Virgil E. Shuler; daughters, Tiffany and Corrie Shuler; Brandi Taylor and husband Bryan and by a son Wesley Staley and wife Amanda. Additionally, she is survived by sister, Pam Allen and husband Danny; brother, Donald Gilbert; grandchildren, Tristan Branson, David Taylor, Erin and Sean Staley, Gabe, Matthew and Yasmine Shuler; special aunt, Shirley Scrudder; special niece and nephews, Conner Reagan; Hank Allen and Sophia Yoakum as well as many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Berry Highland South Funeral Home on Simpson Rd. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 13, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Robert Branch officiating. Burial will follow in Berry Highland South Cemetery.
