He was preceded in death by his father, John Neff Jr.; his brother Randall Neff; and his uncle Donald Neff.
He is survived by his wife, Stephenie Neff; his mother Cheryl Neff; his sisters, Melissa Coldiron and Bonnie Butler; and his brother, Norman Neff; and numerous other family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
