Lindsey, Robert Howard – age 68 of Mascot passed away on April 4, 2011 at North Haven Healthcare. Robert was a well known cattleman and farmer in East TN. Preceded in death by parents, Earl & Rosa Mae Wilson Lindsey and cousin, Mary Alice Wilson Lawson. Survivors include cousins: Paul & Bill Wilson, Roland & Gene Legg, Carol Harrell, Geraldine & Bobby McGhee, Gerald Standridge, and Jimmy Sprouse; good friends: John & Mary Kyle Link, Lisa White, Dan Butler and Glen Maples; and faithful companion, “Peanut”. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 7th at McCarty-Evergreen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 8pm with Rev. Glenn Suffridge officiating.
