Robert W. Minge, age 68 of Knoxville, passed away October 17, 2023. He retired from Y-12 plant as a machinist. He loved riding his Harley Davidson and working in his metal fabrication shop do welding and machinist. He had so many loving friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Grace Minge; brother, Stanley Minge, and sister, Ann Owens. Survived by daughter, Barbie and Rodney Bair; son, Robert Minge; grandchildren, Victoria, Shyann, and Michael McGinnis; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Vivian (Barry) Hodges, Jane (Ronnie) Smith, Wilma (Lester) Monroe; sister-in-law, Peggy Minge, several nieces and nephews, beloved business friends, (Randy and Pat), Junior his dog, and many many loving friends. The family will have a Celebration of Life for Robert at Ridgeview Baptist Church, 6125 Lacy Rd., Knoxville, TN 37912 off Clinton Hwy. on Thursday, November 2nd at 6:00 pm.
