Robert “Bob” Wayne Watkins, age 69 of Knoxville, went Home to be with the Lord on October 19, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents, Rush and Edith Watkins. Survived by his loving wife, Dorothy; son, Robert (Vanessa) Watkins, daughter, Jackie Watkins; grandchildren, Alex and Kelsey Watkins, Haylee Bowling, J.T. Rudd; several brothers and sisters-in-law; special friend, Ken Reals; and special neighbor (2nd mother) Carol Chappel. A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
