Ruth B. Robinson Robinson Doyle

Doyle, Ruth B. Robinson, age 94, of South Knoxville, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Ruth was a longtime member of Moreland Heights Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her devotion to Jesus, her love for cooking for her family and friends; and as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil (Bill) Doyle; brothers, Robert, Harold and Joseph (Buck) Robinson; sisters, Jennie Smith, Maude Ward, Edith Finney, Eva and Iva Jo Robinson; grandson, Justin Phillips. Survivors include sons, Charter Doyle and wife Janice, Joe Doyle and wife Sandy; daughter, Elaine (Laney) Fowler and husband Tom; grandchildren, Benji Fowler and wife Angela, Jessica Doyle, Jacob Doyle and Stacie Doyle; great grandchildren, Bennett Fowler and Jayden Doyle; many special nieces and nephews, all who were blessed to have grown up under her influence of generosity, hard work, determination and undying service to the Gospel of Christ. Family and friends will meet Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Stock Creek Cemetery for a 2:00 PM graveside service with Pastor Benji Fowler officiating.
