Ruth Elaine McIntire

Ruth Elaine McIntire, age 85, of Seymour, TN passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. She was born on a hard working farm in Iowa until she left to pursue her dream to become a Nurse at age 17. Ruth was a dedicated to saving lives and worked tirelessly as a healthcare provider for 52 years. When she retired, she enjoyed going to all of her grandkids sporting events and activities. Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and sister. She is preceded in death by husband Clarence “Bud” Daniels; parents Ralph and Fern McIntire; sister Marjorie Lily and son Randy Daniels. Ruth is survived by son Scott Daniels; grandchildren Brandy Daniels, Brandon Daniels, Seth Daniels and Sara Daniels; great-grandchildren Sanoe , Stockton and Salem Stiles, Annaleigh Elise and Delilah Jean Daniels; sister Dorothy and husband Dean Hick; niece Teresa Lily-Bolton and nephews Daryl Lily and Brian Sechrist. The family welcomes friends for a Visitation at Berry Highland South on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 2pm with a Graveside Service to follow at 3pm.
