Preceded in death by her husband, William Ray Purdue; mother, Sadie Oraine Holmes; brothers: Jim Holmes and David Holmes; and sister, Betty Jo Hancock.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristen Cox (Bill); sons: John Grasty (Jennifer), and Tony Mills (Melindy);
9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and best friend, Inez Garland.
