Sharon McCoig, age 64 of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on August 11, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Tarwater and Thelma Monday; and her husband, Larry Farr. She is survived by her daughter, Mysta Johnson; grandchildren, Emily Johnson, Blake Johnson and Aaliyah Hadley; sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Bill Chance; brother, Robert Tarwater, Sister, Tammy Thorington; close friend, Harold; and many other family and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway, with a funeral service to follow at 6:00pm.
