Sharon Clotfelter Pitkin, age 77, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. She was the first female journeyman electrician in Tennessee and worked at the 1982 World's Fair Site. Sharon was also the first female electrical foreman at Wright Industries in Nashville. She was of Baptist faith. Sharon had a love of gardening, dance and music.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Lovenia Clotfelter; son, Robert "Bobby" Ford; brothers, Terry Clotfelter and Tim Clotfelter; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Bill Pitkin; sister, Diane Lane; grandchildren, Fletcher Ray Ford, Kyle Ford Baglin and Aaron Ford Baglin; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. A service will follow at 3:00 PM officiated by Rev. Matt Caldwell.
