Taylor, Shirley M., age 95, a child of God, went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 13, 2015. Shirley was a wife, singer, dancer, lover of animals and flowers and loved her family dearly. She has been a member of South Knoxville Baptist Church since she was twelve years old and was also a member of the J.O.Y. Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by parents, B.E. and Mary McCulley; husband, R. Ed Taylor; brother, Carl McCulley; nephew, Hugh McCulley, Jr. Shirley is survived by brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Betty McCulley; nieces, Lawana McCulley, Lynn Zorn and Denise (John) Brown; great niece and nephews, Christy, Kevin and David Zorn, Ashley (Nate) Pratt. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 16, 2015, from 1:00-2:00pm at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway.
