

He was a member of the Masonic Cherokee Lodge #728 for over 30 years. Along with being a member of Kerbela Shrine in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Steven was born in Lima, Ohio and resided in the Knoxville - Lenoir City, Tennessee area for the remainder of his life.
Steven was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncle and two cousins.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Rooker-Guinn, daughters, Reed S. Guinn and Katie Belvin (Jordan); mother, Patsy Gore Navarro (Ed); father, Fred Ray Guinn and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He truly cherished his family, the outdoors, music, fishing and his beloved Cordelle and Charlie.

A visitation will be held for Steven on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 5 - 7pm at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, with a Masonic Service to follow at 7pm. Interment will be held at a later date.
