Sylvia A. Mink

Sylvia Ann (Hickman) Mink of Knoxville, TN, age 82, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2021 after battling complications of cancer. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Mink; mother, Rose Etta Hickman; father, Richard Marion Hickman. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her son, Mark Mink; daughter, Michelle Mink; sisters, Pat Drake, Glenda (Bill) Collins, Sandra Suffridge; grandchildren, Emaleigh (Lee) Reagan, Kayla Hutchinson, and Russ (Chelsey); many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, September 10th from 5:00-7:00pm at Berry Highland South, 9010 E. Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 11th at 1:00pm, with Brother Terry Barnwell officiating. You are also invited to view and sign the online guestbook at berryhighland.com.

Roger would always say that he was Aunt Sylvia’s favorite, he said he always looked toward to seeing her. There was a special place in his heart for Sylvia.
