

Franklin-Maples, Tammy (Nana) 45 of Knoxville, TN went to her Heavenly Home Saturday, January 28, 2017 to dance with her Daddy. She was a long time member of Burnett Creek Baptist Church, Sunday school teacher and Ambassador. Tammy worked for Wal-Mart for 20 years. She was a great mother, daughter, beautiful wife, fabulous Nana, and one of a kind sister. Tammy loved taking vacations especially to the beach in Jamaica. She loved her Jesus and her children like no other.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Williams; nephew, Big Jon; many aunts and uncles. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and loving husband of 8 years, Steven Maples; children, Shaun Franklin, Marliena Hunt, Christopher Franklin, Daniel Maples, Joshua Maples; children’s father, Andrew Franklin; mother, Freida Williams; sisters, Teca (Nick) Ruby, Tonie Davison; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jordan (Alyssa), Courtney, Deven, Isaac; great nieces and nephews, Jon, Jayden, Jett, Jax, Makayla, Annabelle; best friends, Little Mary Withrow, Missy Crowe; a host of additional family.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 31st from 5-7pm at Pathways Church 6514 Chapman Hwy with Celebration of Life service immediately following. Pastor Tommy Bellamy officiating.
