Prayers to Terry's family, though I don't personally know you. Terry will definitely be missed! He was great to work with and knew his customers well. His attention to detail combined with his matter-of-fact attitude meant that he could be counted on and trusted beyond a doubt. Heaven has the benefit of his presence but here we have memories. Sending comfort to you during this difficult time and know others are praying on your behalf.

Condolences to family and friends. Terry was a former student many years ago. We were shocked to hear of his passing. Saw him many years ago working traffic in downtown Gatlinburg
..shouting "Coach Trew" from a couple hundred feet away. Had to sift through the crowd before settling in on the big grin in the middle of the road. Me and the boss, who also had him in grade school were happy to see him and he seemed truly happy with the relocation north. Great kid, fond memories- Coach Don Trew, Coach/ Science Teacher (retired), Hardee Senior HS

So sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I remember him as one of my elementary students. He was sharp and witty - always quick with a smile and a laugh. My condolences to his family and friends.

My name is Ron Andersen I work at Tennessee Tool & Engineering in Oak Ridge and was very sad to hear of Terry’s passing. He had a infectious personality and was a joy to be around we would talk every Tuesday morning while on his route. I’m the guy that had to sign the paperwork. He will be missed, I looked forward to seeing him every week. I will be sad for a long time.

Dear Mary Lyda,
Shawn and I are sitting here reminiscing about Terry and all their experiences together as boys growing up in Wauchula. Shawn said he remembered that Terry liked all sports and he was into everything, full of energy always.
He was a good friend.

I remember our two blond boys always smiling and definitely full of energy . Wauchula wouldn't have been the same without our guys.
They had a wonderful childhood growing up in a small town environment.

Praying for you today.

Love you,
Phyllis and Shawn

It is simply just too soon to have to say goodbye, but we will see you again in glory. Your infectious laugh and skills on the grill will be missed through the summer gatherings and beyond but above that, your heart and willingness to help others. Go rest high on that mountain, brother.

Extending my deepest sympathy to the family. A special message for Dick and Mary Lyda--praying that you will rest in God's peace as you come to this time of grieving. I pray that the family will find rejoicing in the knowledge that Terry is now in his Heavenly Home.

Terry was my supervisor when he was at national linen and I really enjoyed working for him I remember one night my son came by and he had my granddaughters and when Terry found out they was out side he said go see your grandbabies and no one else would have done that, And after he left from there I would run into him and he would always stop and talk and I never will forget I had went to Sam's on Monday Oct the 5th 2015 and I was walking back to get my husband meds and he came out of the back and he always gave me a hug and he could tell something was wrong and he asked me what was wrong and I started crying and he hugged me again and I told him that my baby granddaughter had been shot and killed that Saturday night and he took time to comfort me and that meant so much heaven has gained a beautiful soul love and prayers to the family.
