Thelma Jane Ramsey, age 94, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 10, 2016. She was a lifetime member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and taught Sunday School for many years. She made delicious fried chicken, okra, and apple pies. She was a sweet and spunky lady. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Grady Ramsey; grandchildren, Angela Ramsey and Joseph Ramsey; sister, Norma Hill; and brother, Bill Flynn. She is survived by her sons, Lee (Pam) Ramsey and Phil (Shelley) Ramsey; and grandchildren: Kevin, Andrew, Curt (Michelle), and Wyatt Ramsey. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway with the funeral to follow at 11:00 AM with Rev.
