Timothy Lee Fisher

November 14, 1953 – July 2, 2026

Timothy Lee “Tim” Fisher was born in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Francis Lee “Bud” Fisher and Grace Fisher. He was their eldest child and had two brothers, Terry and Tracy Fisher, and one sister, Francine. Tim was raised by his grandparents from birth, a fact he did not learn until he was a teenager.

Tim proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He later married Connie Brashears, and together they had three children: Tara, Timothy, and Nikki. He was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild on the way.

Tim loved watching wrestling and football, cooking, fishing, and interacting with others through social media. He was often on his computer talking with the many friends he made from all over the world. He was also an avid walker, regularly walking between one and a half and three miles each day.

Tim will be greatly missed and forever loved. He was laid to rest along the Holston River at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery–John Sevier in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The eulogy was given by his son-in-law and friend, Gene Daniels.

Tim is now forever rich, walking the streets of gold in Heaven.
