He managed Service Stations for many years and retired from working at Jolu Motel in Florida. Tommy served in the United States Army. He was a cancer survivor for 30 plus years.
Tommy is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Edna Ruth Morrissey; parents Douglas and Pauline Morrissey; siblings Douglas Morrissey Jr. who was lost in war, William "Bill" Morrissey, Ross Morrissey, Frances Morrissey, Harriett Morrissey, Virginia Fields and Evelyn Thomas.
He is survived by sister-in-laws Roxie Wilson, Sue Dunn and Charlene Tidwell; special friends Kathy Shelton and Jo Ann Farmer and several nieces and nephews.
