Viktor Serspinski, a resident of Knoxville, TN, passed away on June 5th, 2020, at the age of 89 from complications related to Parkinson’s Disease. He is survived by his wife Pia, daughter Tia Hele, son Sven Viktor, and granddaughters Milla Lumi and Mia Meri. Viktor was born in Estonia. After coming to the United States, he served in the US Army, then put himself through college earning a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to his retirement, he had a successful career at AT&T for 36 years. His family and friends remember him for his dedication to his family, his love of travel and of sports, and for his involvement in Estonian American organizations.
