She was preceded in death by her first husband, Air Force Captain, Charles M. Coward, Jr. Her beloved second husband of 49 1/2 years , William L. Fizz (Bill). Her parents, James and Ella Maples. Kit had no children but treated her beloved dogs as her children, especially her most recent boxer, Brick, he was 13 years old and his ashes will be buried with Vivian. She is survived by several cousins. She had no siblings. She leaves behind best friends who saw to manage of her needs in her deciding years and stepdaughters, Ginny Fizz Knight and Linda Fizz Wilkes.
