I loved Jack Conner. I was the sweet and shy teenage girl who followed his younger son Steve around until I finally caught and married him forty years ago. That union produced two of the finest people on the face of this earth……Chris and Kerry Conner. Papaw loved them dearly, as they do him.
Jack Conner was a true gentleman……a fine, hard-working, loving, caring, interesting, and fun man, and those traits live on in his children and grandchildren. He was always good to me and every single memory I have of him is a fond one. I'm thinking of you and praying for you, Steve, Janice, Gary, Rick, Steve, Christopher, Chris and Kerry. I love each of you!
