Wanda Sue Wilkinson passed away Wednesday, February 8th 2017, peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Wanda was a longtime resident of Knoxville. She was born September 22nd, 1930 in Alcoa, Tennessee to Willard and Evelyn Wells. Wanda spent her life loving and caring for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Benjamin Wilkinson. She is survived by two sons, Tom Wilkinson of Pigeon Forge Tennessee, and David Wilkinson (Toni) of Knoxville Tennessee; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Carol Morgan of Knoxville, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 10th from 2 to 3 p.m. at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation of Caris Hospice for all their care.
