Through all of this, I find comfort and peace that only our Father can give, that  my little sister is in His arms, and healed from pain and despair. I worked with Wendy at UT Medical Center for several years. How empty her desk looks. The world is less bright without her. She was so tired. May her spirit rejoice in reunion with her loved ones who were waiting for her.

To the Kennedy & Smith Families:  Please accept my sincere condolences.  I am a high school friend of Wendy's and remember watching her at gymnastic meets.  We became closer after high school when she worked at the bank and I worked a couple of doors away.  I remember visiting her at her apartment that was in downtown Beatrice.  We wrote letters back and forth after she moved to Tennessee.  Rest in peace Wendy.
