Bill and Francis were the first to welcome my husband and I to Lakeland when we moved next door to them back in the 80's. We were neighbors until Bill left Lakeland after Francis passed. Bill had a love for Lakeland and it's future. Bill worked hard with others at City Hall to move Lakeland in the direction the citizens of Lakeland Invisioned at that time. Bill is a important part of Lakeland's history and I have been blessed to have known him. Rest in peace Bill.
