LAZENBY, WILLIAM (BUTCH) – age 67 of Knoxville passed away May 13, 2012 at Ft. Sanders Medical Center. Member of Keith Avenue Church of God. Preceded in death by father Clinard Lazenby, brothers; Richard and Robert Lazenby. Survived by wife, Debra, sons; Michael and Labron, daughter; Kathy Johnson, three grandsons, one granddaughter, brother; Shirley Carmical, sister; Martha Ledford (Jack), brother-in-law; Michael, sisters-in-law; Connie and Sandra, special friends Tonya, Tracie and a host of nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Weaver s. Family and friends will meet 11:45 am Thursday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a 12:00 pm interment.
