Bill retired from KUB. He enjoyed spending time camping and fishing and spending time with his family.
Bill is preceded in death by brothers, Junior King, Edward King, Jack Starky, Verdie Lewis; sisters, Addie Mae Brooks, Cecilia Flanigan, Loraine Delapp and Helen Corliss.
He will be missed by his wife of 62 years, Shirley; children, Paul Lewis and Tracy Lewis; grandchildren, Stacy Lewis, Joshua Lewis; great grandchild, Brayden Lewis; sister, Loretta Surgenor; numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16 at 2pm at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home with a private graveside service to follow.
