William "Billy" Seagle

Billy is preceded in death by his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Diane Seagle, and his dad Johnny Branceson "JB" Seagle.

He is survived by his mom, Ruby Colleen Seagle; his loving wife of 48 years, Judy Quarrels Seagle; his daughter Sarah Seagle Owens; god-daughter, Laura Beth Tupper (Chase); "adopted daughter", Kathleen Sue Dachelet (Sean); grandchildren, Robert WIlliam Owens, Kristin Rebecca Owens, Anna Marie Owens, Beckom, Sonnen Schauer, and Creed Harlow Tupper; brothers, Thomas "Tommy" Seagle, Donald "Donny" Seagle and wife Norma, and sister Diane (Mark ) Roach.

Billy loved his family fiercely. He is retired from his family business Seagle Construction. He loved being on the water fishing and working on vehicles. He was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Pigeon Forge, TN.

A visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Berry Highland South, 9010 E. Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920, followed by a graveside service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to assist with final expenses.
