Allen Ross Hawkins

Allen Ross Hawkins, age 84, of Kokomo, Indiana went to be with our lord on Sunday, April 23, 2023. He was born October 29, 1938 in Kokomo Indiana to Mary Ruth (Allen) Hawkins and Robert Ernest Hawkins.

Allen graduated from Kokomo High School in 1956, after which he fulfilled his service with the US Army in Germany. After his service was complete he spent several years working for Coca-Cola, and then went on to work at GM Delco where he ultimately retired. Allen loved spending time with family at Quaker Haven where they would spend the day water skiing and boating. Allen was also an avid bowler and was most proud of his 300 game. He was a huge sprint car and NASCAR fan and would never miss a race. His absolute favorite car is a corvette. Allen also loved to attend the Purdue and Kokomo basketball games.

Allen is survived by his sister Lois (Hawkins) and Ray Berg; brother George and Alexia (McHale) Hawkins; nieces Kathy and Brett Lee, Alyssa Hawkins; nephews Tom and Lori Berg, Ken and Kathleen Berg, Mike and Julie Berg, Chris and Tenna Hawkins, Burt and Stacy Hawkins, Kurt and Susan Hawkins; and many great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday April 29th at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral home starting at 10:00 AM until services begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Larry Hale officiating.
