Amelia Ann Doty

Amelia Ann Doty, 77, Russiaville, passed peacefully at her home on June 6th, 2018. Amelia was born February 12th, 1941 in (Kokomo, Indiana) She was the daughter of Alberta Glassburn. She is survived by her son Russell D. McCauley, Kokomo, and two daughters Lisa McCauley-Staley, Boston, MA and Kym Stroup, Tipton, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, siblings Janet Bale, Judi Guerre, Wes Glassburn, Gale Glassburn and Gary Glassburn, and several nieces and nephews. Amelia worked at Delco Electronics for many years before retiring. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening. Amelia was a loving mother and grandmother, she will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Alberta Glassburn, children Debbie Engle, Mick David, sisters Linda Smith, Jill Glassburn and Jackie Rogers, and son-in-law Doug Stroup. It was Amelia’s wishes to be cremated and no services to be held.
