Anna Vonna Read

Anna was born on April 2nd, 1925 in Clinton City to her parents Guy Elmer and Margaret “Maggie” Corn (Maritte).

She married Glen W (Doc) Houk in June 1945,he died July 26, 1987,she married Wade Louthain on February 24, 1996, he died on April 14, 2000, she married Ross Read on June 28, 2001 they later divorced.

She is survived her son’s Norman J. (Mary Jay) Yoder of Bristol and Steve (Tina) Corn of Peru, stepson P W Louthain of Deep River, CT, grandchildren Paula Burton, Lindsey Yoder, Kathleen Deuel, and Scott McMeekan; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Nate Corn, Chester Corn, John Corn, and Alfred Corn; sister Mary Francis Leadbetter, two stepdaughters, many aunts and uncles.

Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and being employed as a Tupperware manager for many years.

Anna will be remembered for her outgoing personality and her love of travel.

Services will be held Saturday December 17th, 2016 at 11:00am with Visitation from 10:00am all located at Parkview United Methodist Church (1785 South SR 19 Peru, IN 46970) with a private graveside service at Kempton Cemetery.
