Barbara Jean Hutto, 81, Kokomo, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born February 2, 1930, in Kokomo, to Curtis W. and Eva M. (Qualls) Thompson. She married John Hutto, and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Shelly (Mike) Johnson, Atlanta, Georgia, and Sandy (Mark) McAlpin, Kokomo; and one daughter-in-law, Cindy Hutto.
She was preceded in death by her son, John Hutto; brothers, Robert Thompson; and sisters, Rebecca Ginnetto, Bennita Hendricks, and Ann Scott.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Bowdel officiating. Inurnment will take place in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
