Betty Jean Arbuckle

Betty Jean Arbuckle, 71, of Peru, passed away at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Waterford Place Health Campus, Kokomo. Born July 13, 1946 in Kokomo, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Arbuckle and Lela (Barnett) Arbuckle. She was employed with Delco Electronics for 10 years; then with Collins Moving. She loved to fish and loved children.

Survivors include her friend, ex-husband, and father of her children Donald Mullins of Peru; two sons Brian (Janette) Mullins of Tipton, Shane Mullins of Kokomo; one daughter Ronda (Cory) Lodge of Peru; five brothers Jim (Lorraine) Arbuckle of Goshen, Ronnie (Cindi) Arbuckle of York, PA, Kenneth (Patricia) Arbuckle of Fort Wayne, Danny (Cleada) Arbuckle of Valpraiso, and Bill (Pam) Arbuckle of Kokomo; two sisters Penny Peters of Kokomo and Tara (Ron) Jones-Sallee of Kokomo. There are also 8 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Donald Mullins Jr.; four brothers Larry, John, Jerry, and Keith Arbuckle; a sister Beverly Haines, and a twin sister Barbara Arbuckle.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Chaplain Richard Olson will officiate. Burial will follow in Barnett Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Wednesday at the mortuary.
