Betty Joan Grove

Betty Joan Grove, of Marion, passed away at the age of 93 at Wesleyan Health Care Facilty Friday, February 8, 2019. She was born August 22, 1925 to Lester and Winifred (Waltz) Brammell in Kokomo. She married Donald Grove in 1945 in Kokomo. He passed away December 26, 1981. Betty graduated from Kokomo High School with class of 1943. She enjoyed watching basketball and football, and was an I.U. fan. Mostly Betty enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving her is daughter Wendy Colburn, grandchildren, Tyson, Aubrey, Ryan, Marla and Ashley, and great granddaughter Kayla. Preceding her in death is her parents, husband, a son Tim, and daughter Nancy. A graveside service for Betty will take place Thursday February 14, 2019 at Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery at 2:00pm.
