Brenda Sue Washington, 78, of Walton, passed away on November 5, 2025 at Chase Center in Logansport. She was born on July 29, 1947 in Kokomo to the late George and Ethel (Roark) White. Brenda married Paul Wesley Washington on July 18, 1969 in Kokomo and he passed away on September 3, 2000.
Brenda was a homemaker. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her life. Brenda enjoyed listening to music such as Conway Twitty, who was her favorite.
She is survived by her daughters, Toni (Walt) Washington and Stephanie (Deven) Abercrombie; grandchildren, Courtney (Kodi) Rybolt, Trevor Bentley, Leah Rodriguez, and Sophia Abercrombie; great-grandchildren, Ayden Rybolt and Karter Rybolt; sisters, Gladys Dean, Shirley Bruner, Rosie McCameron, and Geneva Ailor; and longtime companion, Jim Reed.
Preceding in death is her loving husband of 31 years, Paul; her parents; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.
No services will be held, at Brenda’s request.
