Caroline J. Plummer

Caroline J. Plummer, 81, of Kokomo, passed away at 10:15 AM Saturday May 25, 2019, at her residence. Born September 22, 1937, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Sam Wilcox and Frances (Pohl) Wilcox. On September 21, 1985, in Kokomo, she married Robert J. Plummer, and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker who enjoyed scrapbooking, crocheting, watching the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include one daughter Karen (Bob) Donahue of Kokomo; two sons Kevin (Becky) Dowden of Logansport and Scott Dowden of Kokomo; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 31, 2019, at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor Michael Fuqua will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM Friday at the mortuary.
