Charles "Charlie" Glass

Charlie served in the U.S. Army in WW II, where he was a paratrooper with the 111th Airborne in the Philippines. He retired from the Kokomo Fire Department after 21 years of service. Charlie was an avid bowler and golfer, and also loved attending his grandchildren's ball games throughout the year.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 68 years, Donna Glass; his daughter and son-in-law, Thia Jan and David Keith; his two sons and daughters-in-law, Gregg and Debbie Glass, and Mark and Rose Glass; and his grandchildren and their spouses, J. D. and Joni Keith, Matthew Keith, Benjamin and Nicole Glass, Bradley Glass, and Melissa and Jason Herendeen.

The Glass Family would like to thank North Woods Village and Guardian Angel Hospice for their loving care for Charlie.

Funeral services will be on Friday, June 24 at 1 PM at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home, 2097 W. Alto Road, Kokomo, with visitation from 12 - 1 PM. Military honors will be conducted by Kokomo V.F.W. Post #1152 and the U.S. Army.
