She was the daughter of the late James Leland and Lillian Fern Crowder Harbin. She was preceded in death by her fur baby, Poppy whom she loved dearly. Connie was a retired employee of General Motors. She was a member of the Smiths Grove methodist Church and the UAW. She loved to travel and had visited 49 of the 50 states.
Her survivors include her husband Raymond Niccum; her son, Kent Darin Harbin (Susan), Step son, Lester Eugene Niccum; brother-in-law, Dennis Gene Niccum (Sharon).
Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. There will also be a visitation at Sunset Memory Garden in Kokomo, Indiana on Monday, October 12, 2026 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with the funeral service at 1 p.m. and burial at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
