Daniel Raber

Daniel Raber, age 67, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Kokomo Health Care in Kokomo. Daniel was born February 16, 1955 in Lafayette to the late Charles E. and Mary L. (Righi) Raber.

Daniel graduated from Woodlawn Center. After graduation, Daniel worked at a couple factories but went on to work at Kauffman Electric in Logansport and retired in 2020. While he lived in Logansport, he was an avid bowler and an avid fan of the Logansport Berries. He also enjoyed watching IU Basketball, Chicago Cubs Baseball, and Indianapolis Colts Football. He was seen walking around downtown Logansport, meeting people and going to visit his sister, Cynthia, at her workplace.

Daniel is survived by his sister, Connie (Jim) Thomas; nephew, Andrew Thomas; niece, Victoria (Jim) Dean; great-nephew, Henry Dean; and several cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Cynthia Raber; aunts and uncles.

There will be a time of visitation for Daniel on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M., at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor Jerry Van Auken will be officiating. Burial will follow at Ever Rest Memorial in Logansport. You may make memorial contributions in memory of Daniel to the American Heart Association, envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
