Darrell Dewayne "Joe" Slusher, age 54, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023. Known to friends and family as Joe, he was born April 17, 1969 in Lafayette, Indiana. He was an employee of Park 100 Foods. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, mushroom hunting, fishing, and camping. He was a free spirit who loved to spend time with his family.
Joe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne & Geneva Hughes, and Willis & Vesta (Collins) Reed, and John & Neva Slusher; his parents, Howard & Connie (Hughes) Slusher; and his brother, William Slusher.
He is survived by his fiance, Heather Lewis; siblings, Howard Slusher and Neva (Scott) Benedict; children, Nickolas Baily, Sage & Phloy Slusher, Cyin & Koda Slusher, Janzen Slusher, Isaac Ferenc, Emma Walker, and Brynlynn Lewis; grandchildren, Jordain Walker, Blakeleigh Walker, Layla Slusher, Elliot Slusher, and several others.
