He was a fourth grader at Bon Air Elementary School. He attended Galilean Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his parents, David and Gracie; brother, Zackary Balmer; grandparents, Jimmy D. Balmer, Deanna Balmer, Boyd Long, and Pearl Long; great-grandparents, Marilyn Rhodes, Harold Dale Balmer, John Hendricks, and Thelma Long; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday at Galilean Missionary Baptist Church, 507 N. Union St., Kokomo, with Pastor Paul Hewitt officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
