David E. Mounts, age 66, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. He was born on August 11, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Leonard E. and Opal (Gilley) Mounts. In high school David played football, wrestled, played basketball. He won many medals and was very proud to have taken part in the ROTC. David loved his trucks, fishing with his dad, and Praising God. He retired from GM.
Surviving are his church family and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents and his baby sister, Diane.
A memorial gathering for David will be held Monday, December 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary & Crematory Center, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46902, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Share a memory with the family at www.ellersmortuary.com.
