

David Webster, 71, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at McAllen Medical Heart Hospital in McAllen, Texas. He was born February 13, 1942, in Tipton, to Henry Rufus and Thelma (Ludwig) Webster. On July 24, 1979, he married Cora (Hess) Webster, and she survives.
He served in the United States Air Force and later worked at Chrysler. He attended Mt. Gilead Church in Hemlock and was a member of First Baptist Church in Livingston, Tennessee.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Tina (Kerry) Land, and Jeannie (David) Eliason, of Kokomo; five grandchildren, Dameon Clark, Shaelah Eliason, Wendi Stutzman, Hannah Eliason, and Stephanie Rosa; and great-granddaughter, Kiley Mohler.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ronald Webster.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Golner officiating. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Gilead Church, 4439 E 406 S, Hemlock, IN 46937.
