Deborah Lynn Novinger, 73, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away September 25, 2025. She was born on October 26, 1951 in Kokomo, Indiana the daughter of Ernest E. II and Alice Jean (Gilbert) Cassell. She retired from Kroger after over 30 years and owned her own laundromat. Debbie loved her grandkids, going to car shows, going to auctions and antiques. She absolutely loved her family.
She is survived by children, Brent Francis, Greg Francis; grandchildren, Cali Francis, Olivia Francis, Kingston Francis, Fallon Musser.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ernie Cassell; sister, Beth Garrett.
Visitation will take place from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday, October 3, 2025 at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm Friday, October 3, 2025 at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center 3400 S. Webster Street Kokomo, Indiana 46902.
