Denise Michele Carmack, 62, of Kokomo, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 4:20 P.M. at St. Vincent Kokomo. She was born to the late William Solt and Dorothy (Schultz) Goodspeed on June 18, 1957 in Akron, Ohio.
Denise was a server for IHOP Restaurants in New Port Richey, Florida for 11 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and listening to music.
Denise is survived by daughter, Nichole Suffern; three grandchildren, Jonas Bradley, Raymond Fasani, and Noah Suffern.
Preceded in death by her parents.
