Diana Lynn Johnson

Diana Lynn Johnson, 64, Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born April 3, 1946, in Kokomo, to Edward Lewis Lane and Mary K. (McQuiston) Davis. On October 18, 1965, she married James Johnson, and he survives.

She loved playing Bingo and fishing, and she was a former member of the Eagles.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Donald Johnson, and Shawn Johnson; two daughters, Annette (Roger) Slaton, and Tamera Lynn Lane; her mother; seven grandchildren, Shane Walker, Jack Walker, Jared Richie, Amanda Walker, Angela Walker, Jennifer Johnson, and Roger Slaton, Jr.; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, David Lane, and Mike (Elaine) Lane; and two sisters, Connie (Bob) Russell, and Marcia Floyd.

She was preceded in death by her father; one son, Jimmy Johnson; and one grandson, Nathaniel Ray.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Darletha Page officiating. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery.
