

Master Sergeant (ret.) Edward Le Denato, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at his residence. He was born on November 18, 1936 in Davenport, Iowa to the late Pedro J. and Zelda Denato. Edward married Karole (Fenton) Denato on July 19, 1957 in Albia, Iowa, and she passed away on June 12, 2012.
Edward enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1954 and served his country until his retirement in 1974. After his military career, he worked for Sears in Kokomo for 10 years, and eventually retired from the City of Orlando in Florida after 10 years of employment. Edward was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching football.
He is survived by his son, Eddie Le (Kristina) Denato; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Denato; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death is his loving wife, Karole; daughter, Lisa Bell; son, Mark Denato; granddaughter, Jennyfer Ruble; four great-grandchildren; and many siblings.
There will be a time of visitation for Edward on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Chaplain Adam Rinehart will be officiating. Burial will follow to Sharpsville Cemetery. Full military rites will be performed by the United States Air Force and VFW Post #1152 Military Rites Team.
