Diane & Family:
Please accept my sympathy to you and your family for the loss of Bill. I know losing a spouse, father, grandfather or friend is never easy. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. I am currently out of town and will not be home until next week, so attending the visitation or funeral will not be possible. Just know you and in my thoughts.

Diane,
I worked for Bill in the 1980s and he was such a good boss and mentor. Our twins share a birthday with him and he never forgot that! Please know Jack and I are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
